You will collaborate with business partners from product development and management, operations, finance, and marketing to demonstrate value of CVS Pharmacy products and services. You will enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development.In this exciting role, you will:• Apply statistical techniques using SQL to measure effectiveness of mini-tests, identified root causes and developed projects• Ideate and develop new business processes, from beginning to end, including testing, design, piloting and deployment strategy• Provide actionable analyses with advanced statistical concepts and strategic recommendations to solve business problems• Recommend and implement processes that support quantitative and qualitative analysis• Prepare status reporting and present to senior leadership on occasion

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a professional setting in the following areas:• Data analysis, cleansing, transformation, advanced analytics using Python, Pyspark, SQL or similar languages• Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders• Accessing data, design summary data layers and manipulate large datasets to support planned analyses• Constructing and delivering reports of analytic findings in a variety of formats (reports, PPT etc.), including visualization of data and findings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences, such as but not limited to training analytic and business users on how to use data layers and reporting tools, including development of documentation and training materials• Independent, curious, eager to tackle a wide variety of problems and able to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources• Designing and implementing robust analytic and reporting solutions to support identified needs


Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree preferred.
