CVS Health Pharmacy Intern - Specialty in Troy, Michigan

Job Description

Responsible in aiding pharmacist to provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services for all medications dispensed by CVS Specialty Operations. This position, acting in its professional capacity, direct supportive personnel such as Pharmacy Service Representatives and Pharmacy Technicians in their daily activities as it relates to managing and providing other services. Other critical responsibilities aiding pharmacist in includes assuring positive patient therapeutic outcomes by assessing therapy compliance and effectiveness, including appropriate coordination with other health professionals. This position also impacts pharmacy operating efficiency and profitability to provided cost-effective medication management and distributive functions

Required Qualifications

Completion and in good standing of at least two years atan accredited pharmacy institution· Commitment to assigned schedule, including rotatingshifts and weekend hours, if necessary· Must be computer literate· Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand theEnglish language
