Your Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for strategic sales professional to join our high performing Sleep & Respiratory business to drive the growth of our very successful Pharmacy Channel (Pharmacy Sleep Services (PSS). In this newly created position, you will use your entrepreneurial approach to maximize the sales and growth in for our Pharmacy Channel by registration and activation of new pharmacies as business partners, sourcing alternative channel plans such as corporates partners, insurers, and government bodies. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the continuity of the executive level relationship management with the corporate key accounts.

Some other responsibilities include maximizing leads to sales and price realization and exceeding sales and gross profit targets. Preparing and executing the PPS strategic annual business plan and new business sales forecasting across ANZ in line with the PPS business objectives. Liaising effectively with the account teams, organizing the necessary actions and ensure deadlines are met and monitoring and reporting on customer feedback and Customer Satisfaction (NPS) as per quality standard policy.

About You

  • Validated business development/ sales experience within the pharmaceutical and pharmacy sectors

  • Extensive exposure to working with the ANZ Healthcare sector, including primary and secondary care, private health insurance and knowledge of commissioning environments

  • Influential interpersonal and customer services skills with the ability to build long-term and trusting customer relationships both internally and externally within a complex, matrix organization.

  • High levels of motivation, energy and a commitment to achieve results

  • Ability to travel across ANZ.
