Ascension Rx is looking for a Licensed Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Programs Specialist.
Remote/Virtual | Travel up to 75%
What You Will Do
Develop, implement and maintain Pharmacy program objectives. Facilitate activities and flow of work for the assigned program using technical expertise as a Pharmacist.
Assist in design and development of robust onboarding, training and educational pharmacy based programs.
Implement and evaluate onboarding, training and educational programs for Pharmacists and other Pharmacy associates across various Pharmacy operations enterprise-wide.
Develop and evaluate learnings and performance for the Pharmacy department.
Serve as a technical resource for Pharmacy associates in areas of program development, clinical practice and professional development.
Obtain feedback from leadership and staff and refine programs and training accordingly.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
Pharmacy residency preferred.
Able to travel nationally, up to 75%
