The Outpatient Pharmacy Business Operations Supervisor partners with key leaders to establish, maintain, monitor, and improve financially sound and compliant business practices (i.e., 340B) for all outpatient pharmacy operations. Collaborates with the outpatient pharmacy leadership team to ensure operational efficiency and leverage new opportunities, including the development and evaluation of business plans for existing and new programs. Collaborates with outpatient pharmacy leadership and the Manager, Pharmacy Business Operations to develop and implement strategic plan, projects, associated daily management systems, and continuous improvement and innovation initiatives intended to optimize the delivery of all outpatient pharmacy services.
- 5 years outpatient/retail pharmacy experience, especially as a Pharmacy Buyer and/or Biller
- Licensed by the Washington State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission as a Pharmacy Technician
Working knowledge of 340B drug purchasing program
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field.
