Pharmacy Project CoordinatorRemote only in ID, OR, UT, WAThe Pharmacy Project Coordinator performs specific project responsibilities for the implementation, coordination, tracking, documentation and management of business projects for Pharmacy Services. The Pharmacy Project Coordinator works with subject matter experts and multiple levels of management across the organization in delivering analysis, responses, and reports to support business initiatives. The Project Coordinator plans and manages less complex projects or sub-projects under the general direction of Pharmacy Services leadership.Responsibilities* Interacts, coordinates and communicates with all levels of management and stakeholders, such as Pharmacy Services leadership and team members, business partners and outside consultants.* Implements, coordinates, tracks, documents and manages Pharmacy Services project activities.* Develops and maintains project plans. This may include project schedules, budgets and plans for project quality, resources, communications and risks.* Monitors and controls the execution of project tasks against the project plans.* Prepares status reports and other project reports and presentation of information to Pharmacy Services leadership, project teams and other stakeholders.* Coordinates and facilitates project meetings.* Maintains the overall project documentation library ensuring that all documentation is established, maintained and retained as necessary in project databases.* Assists Pharmacy Services leadership and team members in providing analysis/responses/reports/reviews of new initiatives that impact Pharmacy Services.* Might support other activities such as vendor management performance tracking, RFP/renewal coordination and other ad hoc initiatives.Minimum Requirements* Ability to coordinate activities with all levels of staff, management and external business partners through clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.* Demonstrated analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement a chosen course of action.* Strong organization and project management skills with proven ability to manage time and priorities to meet established deadlines within simultaneous projects.* Experience with process improvement initiatives, including ability to facilitate group discussions and document processes.* Ability to work effectively under pressure.* Excellent writing skills, with proven ability to analyze, organize and use complex information for multiple audiences across multiple mediums.* Demonstrated leadership skills, including ability to direct activities of others both individually and within a project team setting.* Understanding of pharmacy products as well as pharmacy benefit management processes.* Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools.* Demonstrated attention to detail.Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed aboveThe Pharmacy Project Coordinator would have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience in the health care industry supporting business projects in a corporate setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Regence employees are part of the larger Cambia family of companies, which seeks to drive innovative health solutions.
