Job Description

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor to join our growing team in Richardson, TX. As the Pharmacist Supervisor-Clinical Services you will have the ability to: provide operational leadership and direction for Prior Authorization and Appeals business units. Ensuring compliance with all state regulations. Other key areas of focus include quality improvement, innovation and reduction of unit costs. Work with internal partners and the PA staff to ensure ability to service physicians, pharmacists and patients within service levels and provide for appropriate clinical drug therapies Additionally you will be able to provide daily operational oversight, staff development, budget management, audit readiness, staff training documentation, Run day to day operations for PA and Appeals, Represent the Medicaid Ops process through client facings, client work group meetings and work with clients when needed regarding implementation and on going maintenance of their business. Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing staff. Demonstrated ability to work in fast pace, multi-tasking team environment while meeting deadlines.2+ years Management experience or equivalent work experience Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Texas

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Authorization and/or Appeals experience; or PBM/Pharmacy Operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree required or combination of education and relevant work experience. Licensed Pharmacist active and in good standing.
