Job Summary Reporting to the Vice President of Consumer Marketing for the Health, Nutrition and Pharmacies business, the Director of Growth Marketing marketing will be responsible for establishing and leading our growth marketing function. The ideal candidate understands the traditional marketing model and adds layers such as A/B testing, digital Ads campaigns, data-driven email marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, SEO optimization, creative ad copy, and marketing analysis of every aspect of the consumer's experience. As the Growth Marketing Leader, you will build the US Marketing function and be accountable for engagement, conversions and retention of our customers for Albertsons new Health, Wellness and Pharmacy products and services. You'll be a key contributor to the marketing strategy in partnership with the Product Marketing, CRM, Creative, Customer Research, and Brand Marketing teams. You will envision and execute on a growth strategy and drive highly impactful programs to generate demand for our services, and be accountable for the acquisition and growth of our customer base. What you'll do * Develop and own the marketing plan to raise awareness, drive demand, increase conversions and grow usage across our services. * Design and implement marketing campaigns using both paid and owned media channels, with a focus on experimentation methods to grow consumer activation, engagement, and retention - all in a data-driven and efficient manner. * Own our social media presence, manage our mobile app metrics and propose tactics to drive higher engagement and retention across our surfaces. * You will work with creative to design and build in-store marketing signage and collateral. * You will build an influencer strategy, identifying key influential voices that can help evangelize the value of the services we offer to consumers. * Measure the impact of work by establishing the right KPIs, developing reports and communicating results with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. * Create co-marketing assets, content, self-service campaigns, marketing toolkits, and tools that our partners can use to market our services. * Create written documentation to communicate experiments and their results with the rest of the team and company, including lessons, action items, and recommended optimizations.What you'll need * * 10 years experience in marketing with a focus on consumer marketing * 3+ years of management experience, leading a team of marketers * Experience in growth marketing / lifecycle marketing. * Technical knowledge and marketing automation technology experience. * Inspire confidence and be influential with a diverse group of stakeholders to create strong buy-in with technical, creative and operational groups. * Self-motivated; willing to be proactive and take initiative on open-ended projects with little oversight. * Marketing visionary; with experience launching & scaling consumer apps, products or services for a range of consumer brands. * Creative and ideas-oriented and have a strong record of consumer-centered campaigns that propel usage, adoption and market momentum. * Motivating and challenging teams and individuals at all levels of an organization, both directly and cross-functionally. * Preferred skills * App marketing, eCommerce, CPG, Retail, or Marketplace experience is a plus. * Marketing experience in the Health, Wellness, Nutrition or Pharmacy experience is ideal * MBA is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
