Job Description

In this role, the Quality Pharmacy Operations Consultant will be a key player in supporting the initiatives to advance the operational success for the Pharmacy Specialty Dept. This role is critical in establishing quality processes and leading change for the overall efficiency of the team.To thrive in this position the strong candidate considered will have advanced interpersonal, written and verbal skills. They will be decisive and use strong business insight to make decisions. A Quality Pharmacy Operations Consultant will:• Analyze data from various sources (surveys,, operational data, process observations) to implement continuous improvement processes• Own various projects and accountability• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders as required to develop and manage solutions towards operational efficiency and owning the results• Meet established deadlines while producing results• Support multiple work streams simultaneously while appropriately prioritizing• Learn new processes quickly and add perspective that lead to solutions for operational effectivenessPrimary Responsibilities Include • Generating critical reports• Auditing agents that are taking the inbound calls • Entering applicable data to ensure agent quality of work is met

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management environment experience• 2+ years of Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.) experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of reviewing, analyzing and presenting complex data • Bachelor’s Degree • Adaptable to change and new processes• Previous Pharm Tech Rep OR Benefits experience• Familiar with medical terminology• HBS/Sparks software system experience• Data Interpretation

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
