Product Manager, Pharmacy RCM
The Product Manager will be responsible for providing the vision of their respective product and services. They will assess industry trends and customer needs and direct solutions to be developed in order to meet those trends and needs. Additionally, the Product Owner will work with the GM to handle drafting contracts and negotiations. as well as more direct contact with specific customers or projects. The Product Manager will be responsible for engagement across business units for integration points and discovery of cost savings opportunities.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
With the GM, create a strategic roadmap for new business
Work with GM and other Product Managers on new product launch and GTM strategy
Create and Maintain Product Roadmaps
Develop materials for an RXNTW RCM product or group of products to demonstrate a higher value proposition than competition.
Work with the Product GM to create detailed requirements including system architecture, hardware, software and data, which ensure that risk is managed, quality is considered and product deployment and field support is achievable.
Write functional specifications including detailed use cases for new product features
Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams during design and implementation
Define and document acceptance criteria for specific user stories, measurements to which Development and Quality Assurance engineers will develop and test the defined feature
Analyze and ensure defined platform wide acceptance criteria are met throughout development, test and release of product
Ensure product technical quality is monitored and reported on from release, through product end of life
Communicate with Marketing, Development, IT, Implementations, and customers regarding ideation, specification, design, test and deployment.
Create objective, comparative evaluations and recommendations for potential new products, processes, and enhancements for senior-level decision-makers
Coordinates preparation of product concept, business plans, and life-cycle plans for potential new products.
Liaison to Governance Committees for various products, if applicable.
Works with Sales & Marketing to develop and update annual budgets, marketing communication, and promotional plans.
Creates CAR request for Capital requests
Works with Sales/Marketing to understand customer purchase process and usage patterns.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of technical articles and papers to industry groups.
Establishes & maintains a product pricing structure that optimizes the balance between market share and revenue growth.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
10+ years of Pharma Product experience
Bachelor’s Degree required;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Up to 15%
