Aerotek Pharmacy Technician - MAIL ORDER PHARMACY / LEVEL 2 in Irving, Texas

Description:

Specialty Pharmacy / Mail Order

  • Processing pharmacy orders

  • Insurance Verification

  • Insurance Billing

  • Prior Authorizations

Shifts : Tuesday - Saturday/ Sunday - Thursday/ Monday - Friday 9-6/ 10-7 (you can pick which shift preference)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy

Exceptional knowledge of commercial and government insurance and how to troubleshoot claims

Demonstrable ability to learn and operate a new pharmacy management system and other relevant technology

Ability to interpret, transcribe, and troubleshoot prescription information and perform common math calculations

Experience submitting and managing Prior Authorizations and TAR's, as well as specialty claims adjudication
