Senior Project Manager – Pharmacy Network Overview of Position

This role is responsible for managing multiple strategic projects and driving efficient & effective project execution across the Customer Service, Account Management & Implementation / Enrollment teams.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Support critical customer support and customer operations projects and improvement initiatives.

  • Enhance Pharmacy Network service implementation processes and tools to improve customer onboarding experience and service implementation.

  • Execute Pharmacy Network projects to improve efficiencies in day to day operation of Pharmacy Network customer-facing services

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience and proficiency using project management tools

  • Experience developing Product/Team/Process performance metrics

  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders at varied levels, including executives

  • Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must be a “driver” with a result driven mindset. Must be personally accountable for delivering measurable improvements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience working with a geographically diverse workforce

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience in and familiarity with the healthcare industry, specifically pharmacy systems and operations.

  • Ability to capture and translate business requirements into actionable improvement plans.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Excel for data analysis.

  • Ability to collaborate across the organization to accomplish goals

  • Strong conflict management and customer service skills

  • Proficient with managing multiple competing priorities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Executive-level presentation skills

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to look across all parts of the Operations team and find opportunities for improvement in efficiency and execution.

  • Driving results: results-oriented style with a high degree of analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills.

  • Leading change: ability to thrive and quickly adapt to change, leading others through change in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and work environment.

  • Leading people: ability to manage cross functional teams, build consensus, and rally members to achieve results. Ability to gain insights through relationships with front-line and mid-level personnel.

  • Collaborating and influencing effectively builds strong relationships and partnerships within and outside of the company. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an open, honest and direct communication style that establishes an empathetic and effective relationship with all levels of team members, including front-line and mid-level personnel. Able to effectively navigate within a matrixed corporate structure.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General Office Duties

How much should I expect to travel?

Limited travel – 10 – 15%. Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
