Senior Client Executive, Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management

Overview of Position

The Sr. Client Executive role embodies all of the Change Healthcare core values in serving our most valued customers. This position is responsible for revenue retention and growth, customer satisfaction, opportunity generation, and relationship management.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Serve as primary day to day contact for pharmacy customer base; develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers

  • Develop and execute on strategic account plans

  • Understand and manage customers business needs across multiple product offerings; provide subject matter expertise to Change Healthcare Pharmacy Solutions

  • Coordinate and lead agenda-based customer meetings, provide follow up notes and own progress of action items

  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key customers

  • Understand complex customer scenarios and quickly determine next steps towards mitigation/resolution

  • Create and analyze customer specific reports leveraging internal BI Tool

  • Provide customers with recommendations based on data and analytic insights

  • Monitor customer contractual requirements and ensure obligations are being met

  • Work collaboratively across many cross functional teams.

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by identifying and developing customer needs

  • Represent company at industry and customer trade shows/conferences

  • Update and maintain internal lists and documentation

  • Utilize CRM Tool

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 5+ years Account Management or customer facing experience

What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

  • Healthcare experience required; retail pharmacy experience highly preferred

  • Self-starter with a customer centric approach, organizational skills, ability to work closely across several levels of the organization.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

  • Business Acumen – strong understanding of the client’s needs

  • Problem solving; leverage appropriate technical and solution resources to resolve issues

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • General office demands/Home office

How much should I expect to travel?

  • Up to 25% travel requirement

  • Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
