Pharmacy Technician- Outpatient (Job ID: 1576)Job SummaryUnder general supervision of a pharmacist, performs pharmacy-relatedfunctions to provide optimal pharmaceutical care. Prepares medications,maintains pharmacy inventory, and restocks as necessary.ResponsibilitiesKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEducation: High school Diploma or GED certificate. Completion of a pharmacytechnician training program preferred. Experience: Typically, one year ofpharmacy experience, completion of a pharmacy technician vocational course.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to work as a team member.Attention to detail. Knowledge of Denver Health's discount programprocedures and the Enrollment Services processes. PTCB certification orcurrent pharmacy intern license.
