Under general supervision of a Data Entry Manager and/or Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager and/or Supervisor.
Answer phones to respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquires
Handle and resolve client Facilities complaints and inquires in timely manner.
Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.
MUST BE a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH
Previous experience in pharmacy customer service
LTC pharmacy experience preferred
Hospital or Retail pharmacy experience a plus
Knowledge of Brand Name / Generic medications a plus
