We come together, often as blended teams to improve healthcare. Ourhealthcare practice serves North American payors, PBMs, providers and,pharmacies, and services companies and works with both public sector andprivate sector healthcare organizations.This positionwould be a part of the Pharmacy domain, with distinctive capabilities in theareas of pharmacy benefit manager strategy and operations.What You'll DoYou will lead teams of typically 2- 5consultants on client engagements focused on improving clients' performance andstrategic positioning within the pharmacy and broader healthcare value chain aswell as drive development of knowledge in the pharmacy benefit space,technology assets and client development.To do this, you'll collaborate within a teamworking on various topics with clients across pharmacy value chain - all theentities between pharmaceutical companies and end consumers (wholesalers,pharmacies, PBMs, payors, providers, and service companies).You will lead the day to day execution of aclient project while guiding and developing individual team members. You'llwork directly with clients - usually on site - and you'll take ownership of theoverall project and its end products. You will make an important contributionto the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches,developing tailor-made solutions and work closely with clients to ensurepositive impact and sustainable results.Client project work typically includesgathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, anddeveloping recommendations for presentation to client management. From there,you will implement those recommendations with client team members.You'll also gain new skills and build on thestrengths you bring to the firm.
