CVS Health Pharmacy Technician - RxE - Work From Home Idaho Only in Boise, Idaho

Job Description

This is an exciting chance for Pharmacy Technicians to excel in a complex, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to develop and strengthen technical skills and pharmacology knowledge. You would be responsible for accurately and efficiently reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into our system. As a Prescription Entry Pharmacy Technician, you will direct questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification, and enter in complete prescription information once clarification has been obtained. To help support development and maximize workflow, you may be asked to perform other pharmacy functions as required. Schedule M-F 9:00am-5:30pm & rotating Saturdays (subject to change) The position will be permanent work from home once the onsite training is complete. Required Qualifications

-Minimum 3 months of pharmacy technician experience (including entering prescriptions) required-Active National Certification (CPhT) and Idaho Certified Pharmacy Technician License

Preferred Qualifications

-Previous mail order or retail pharmacy experience highly preferred, but not required- Ability to read and interpret prescription terminology and medications
