St. Luke's Health System Pharmacy Business Specialist in Boise, Idaho

Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a Pharmacy Business Specialist to join our Pharmacy 340B team.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, aggregate and analyze data from various systems.

  • Generate reports and conduct research of drug utilization and purchases for pharmacies and clinics participating in the 340B program.

  • Monitor software settings and transactions for 340B program compliance and optimization.

  • Manage manual adjustments for 340B eligibility changes and billing to purchasing conversion factors.

  • Process credit/rebills through wholesalers/distributors and coordinate direct repayments with manufacturers when required.

  • Collaborate with both internal partners and external vendors, establishing positive customer relationships.

  • Maintain required manual tracking systems with a high level of accuracy and detail.

  • Build spreadsheets or database queries required for analytical duties.

  • Assist with data collection, research and reconciliation of charges and purchases for both internal and external audits.

  • Participate in the review of 340B rule changes, legislation and audit requirements.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
